Template is available on production description page. Download it and create your artwork to fit the template. Artwork should be in pdf/ai/psd/cdr file with resolution no less than 75dpi when sized 1:1. Make sure all fonts turned into curved (outlined) to avoid fonts changing.

If you want us to design the artwork, you can contact us and provide us with logos and contents which you want to show on artwork.
